2012 International Fire and Wildland/Urban Interface Code

The City of Prescott is considering adoption of the 2012 International Fire and Wildland/Urban Interface Code as well as the International I Building Code along with their own local amendments.

2006 International Building Codes Adopted

The City of Prescott adopted the 2006 International Building Codes (2006 IBC) which became effective October 15, 2007. The adopted IBC codes include:

  1. Building Code
  2. Residential Code
  3. Electrical Code
  4. Plumbing Code
  5. Mechanical Code
