Trails Volunteers

over-the-hillThe Over the Hill Gang is an all volunteer group dedicated to the construction and maintenance of the Great Prescott Area trails. The group was established in the 1990’s in conjunction with Yavapai Trails Association and the Prescott National Forest. Trail work is on Mondays and Fridays with the City of Prescott and Thursdays with the Prescott National Forest. There are often special projects on the other days.

Trails Work Schedule

The Over the Hill Gang will not be working on trails this Monday, February 17 due to President’s Day holiday. There is an optional breakfast at Zeke's in Frontier Plaza on Monday. Those interested will meet 8 AM at Zeke's. Breakfasts are always 'self pay' and guests are always welcome. Monday, February 24 the Over the Hill Gang will be working on a Forest Service project addressing drainage and brushing. We will meet 8 AM in the parking lot at Waffles n More in the Goodwill Plaza on West Iron Springs Road. This is just west of the Gail Gardner intersection. Wear your long sleeves and slacks. Bring a helmet if preferred. No Friday work until further notice.
