The Over the Hill Gang is an all volunteer group dedicated to the construction and maintenance of the Great Prescott Area trails. The group was established in the 1990’s in conjunction with Yavapai Trails Association and the Prescott National Forest. Trail work is on Mondays and Fridays with the City of Prescott and Thursdays with the Prescott National Forest. There are often special projects on the other days.

Trails Work Schedule
The Over the Hill Gang will return to the Greenways trails on Monday, November 18. We will meet at 8 AM Friday in the Lower Armory parking lot near the skate park off of Arizona Ave. The Armory is located at 824 E. Gurley. We will be splitting up and working on 2 different areas along the Butte Creek and Miller Creek corridors. The November 2019 Yavapai Trails 'Trailtracks' newsletter has been posted on the City website at PrescottTrails.com. Recent trails accomplishments and upcoming priorities are highlighted in this addition. The Prescott National Forest volunteers picnic will be from 12-3 Saturday November 23 at the Thumb Butte parking lot Ramada. Those recent volunteers for the PNF trails will need to RSVP to email@example.com by Nov 19. This years holiday pot luck will be 5PM Saturday, December 7 at the Boys and Girls Club at Aubrey and Pleasant in Prescott.
