SMALL AIRCRAFT INCIDENT AT PRESCOTT REGIONAL AIRPORT

Upon landing, a small tail-wheel aircraft turned sharply and became inverted at approximately 1:15 p.m. today at Prescott Regional Airport.  Prescott Fire Department and Airport Operations were dispatched to scene, where they assisted and observed no fire or injury to the pilot, who was the sole occupant of the aircraft.

The aircraft, which came to rest upside down, has been righted and is being removed. It is not anticipated that this incident will affect commercial air traffic.
