Residential Trash and Recyclables will not be collected on New Year's Day, Thursday, January 1st
The Solid Waste Division will not collect residential trash and recyclables on Thursday, January 1st. Collection will take place on Friday, January 2nd. If Thursday is your normal day of collection, please have your containers curbside on Friday by 6:00 a.m. Commercial routes will also be serviced on the Friday after the First.
If your normal collection day is on Friday, collection will not be delayed.
The City of Prescott Transfer Station will be closed on Thursday, January 1st and reopen on Friday, January 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please remember to contain and cover all loads when transporting them to the Transfer Station located at 2800 Sundog Ranch Road.
