NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADD NEW PAVEMENT RESTORATION FEES

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider and possibly adopt new fees for pavement restoration related to permitted activities within the City right of way at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on February 22, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ.  The new pavement restoration fees will become effective thirty (30) days after the adoption of the new fees by the Prescott City Council.

The proposed code amendment and written report supporting the proposed fee is available on the City of Prescott’s web-site and can be accessed through the following hyper-link:

Copies of the aforementioned code amendment and written report have also been filed in the Office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ, on the date of this posting.
