NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADD A NEW SOLID WASTE FEE FOR ANIMAL PROOF CONTAINERS

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider and possibly adopt a new fee for animal proof containers for solid waste collection and disposal at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on July 27, 2021, at 3:00 p.m., located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ.  The new solid waste fee will become effective thirty (30) days after the adoption of the new fee by the Prescott City Council.

Copies of the aforementioned code amendment and written report have also been filed in the Office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ, on the date of this posting.
