This website is the City of Prescott’s online tool for customers to submit for permitting, as well as planning and zoning projects. Customers will also have the opportunity to check status, pay fees, and schedule inspections.

If you have not registered for the site as a Customer user please go to https://cityofprescottaz.wispform.com/1892c1c5 to set up your account. At the end of the registration form, you will be asked to provide the permit numbers to which your new customer account should be linked. Any permit number provided will be added to your account so you can access the inspection scheduling and other functions.

Once staff has updated your information in our customer database, you will receive an email with your PrescottPermits.com login information. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive this email. Feel free to contact us with any questions about www.PrescottPermits.com by email.

Training Opportunities

We host 90 minute training sessions periodically as needed. We cover the following during these training sessions:

–          Basic site navigation
–          Searching for your active permits/projects
–          Applying for new permits/projects
–          Checking status
–          Paying Fees
–          Scheduling Inspections
–          Document preparation – combining, bookmarking, if attendees are interested
–          And More!

Permit issuance is by appointment only. Please contact the Community Development Department at 928-777-1371 or by email(list of emails) for further guidance or questions , or to schedule a permit issuance appointment. Permit issuance will take place by drive-up service in the alley behind (east side) of City Hall. Appointments are REQUIRED. Call 777-1371 or email to confirm your appointment.
