Please note: Effective September 24, 2019, the City of Prescott discontinued the business license requirement. All businesses in the City will no longer be required to obtain or renew a business license. (Ordinance No. 2019-1689)
Businesses engaging in taxable activity are still required to apply for an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) license through the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) and report “TPT”.
Steps for Licensing a Business in the City of Prescott:
