NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-463.05, public notice is hereby given that the City of Prescott Council will hold a public hearing to discuss and review changes to development impact fees charged by the City. The public hearing will be held on April 9, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located in Prescott City Hall, 201 South Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ 86303. The Council will approve or disapprove changes to the City’s development impact fees at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting on May 14, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., located in the Council Chambers of Prescott City Hall.

A copy of the draft development impact fee report is attached to this notice and also published on the City of Prescott’s website.
