NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCREASE AND ADD NEW SOLID WASTE FEES AND CHARGES

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider and possibly adopt new and increased fees and charges for solid waste collection and disposal at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on January 22, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ.  The following additional City Council meeting will be scheduled to discuss the proposed new and increased  solid waste fees and charges: November 28, 2018 (presentation of the of the Schedule of Proposed Increases to the Solid Waste Fees and Solid Waste Rate Study at Council workshop at 1:00 p.m. located in the City Council Chambers addressed above).The new and increased solid waste fees and charges will become effective thirty (30) days after the adoption of the new and increased fees by the Prescott City Council.
