Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15, notice is hereby given that the Prescott City Council will consider and possibly adopt new and increased fees and charges for solid waste collection and disposal (generally referred to as “Solid Waste Service Fees and Landfill Closure Fees”) at its regularly scheduled City Council meeting on February 26, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., located in the City Council Chambers at Prescott City Hall, 201 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, AZ. The City Council previously discussed these proposed increases and additions to the Solid Waste Service Fees and Landfill Closures Fees at its 1:00 p.m. Work Study Session meeting on December 18, 2018.The new and increased solid waste fees and charges (Solid Waste Service Fees and Landfill Closure Fees) will become effective thirty (30) days after the adoption of these new and increased fees by the Prescott City Council.
The proposed schedule and written report supporting the proposed increase in solid waste fees and charges, including the newest proposed additions and increases to the Solid Waste Service Fees and Landfill Closure Fees, is available on the City of Prescott’s web-site and can be accessed through the following hyper-links:
