CHANGES TO THE INSPECTION SCHEDULING PROCESS
After November 15, 2020, the City will discontinue inspection scheduling through the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call-in system. Inspections will be scheduled online through www.PrescottPermits.com.
We strongly encourage our customers that schedule inspections to prepare for this change now by registering for this site through the following link: https://cityofprescottaz.wispform.com/1892c1c5. (No need to register again if you already have a customer login.) At the end of the registration form, you will be asked to provide the permit numbers to which your new customer account should be linked. Any permit number provided will be added to your account so you can access the inspection functions.
Once staff has updated your information in our customer database, you will receive an email with upcoming web-training opportunities, as well as your PrescottPermit login information. Please allow for up to 2 business days to receive an email from us.
This website is the City of Prescott’s online tool for customers to submit for permitting, as well as planning and zoning projects. Customers will also have the opportunity to check status, pay fees, and schedule inspections.
We need to have up-to-date information in our permitting and planning/zoning customer database. Please complete this easy online registration: https://cityofprescottaz.wispform.com/1892c1c5
Once staff has updated your information in our customer database, you will receive an email with web-training opportunities, as well as your PrescottPermits login information. Since we will be receiving these registrations from all of our customers, please allow for up to 10 business days to receive an email from us.
