The Fence (A Community's Response to Tragedy) is a new, original play being staged in conjunction with the City of Prescott's Remembering Our Fallen events. The play focuses on the chain-link fence at Station 7, home of the Granite Mountain Interagency Hotshot Crew, some of the 9,000 items left there in tribute and the 3,000 letters of condolence sent to Prescott from around the world. It tells the unknown stories behind some of the unique mementos and those who left them. The cast includes some of Prescott's most accomplished actors. The Fence will receive its world premier on Thursday, July 10 and will run for two weeks with Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening performances (7:30PM) and Sunday matinees (2:00PM). Tickets are available from the Prescott Center for the Arts Box Office at (928) 445-3286. Stage Too is a small, experimental theatre and seating is limited.
