Genealogy Research Series with NAGS

Monday, June 16, 2014 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Prescott Public Library, 215 E. Goodwin Street, Prescott, AZ 86303

National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for Genealogy Research, presented by Barbara Wich. Have you ever explored an archive to find details about your ancestors? What is an archive? Did your family have any interactions with the Federal Government? If so, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) might just be useful for your genealogical research as it is the biggest one of all and contains billions of records. The Northern Arizona Genealogical Society presents quarterly workshops on various topics of interest to genealogy researchers, both beginners and experts. There will be time for questions at the end of each presentation. Register online, at the Ask a Librarian desk or call 928.777.1526.
