City of Prescott Seeks Volunteers for City Hall Ambassador Program

The City of Prescott is seeking volunteers to work as City Hall Ambassadors.  These ambassadors greet citizens, direct them to various departments within the City, answer simple questions and inquiries about the City of Prescott, and provide them with information documents.

All City Hall Ambassadors will be trained and provided with Frequently Ask Questions (FAQs), a list of locations in Prescott that visitors commonly look for, an organizational chart of the city departments, and other resources to assist them.

The shifts currently needing coverage are the following:

  • Tuesdays – 9:00-11:30 a.m., and 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays – 9:00-11:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Thursdays – 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Fridays – 9:00-11:30 a.m., and 1:30-4:30 p.m.

If volunteers are interested in participating but do not wish to commit time every week they can be placed on reserve for when shifts need to be filled.

If you would like to become involved with a dynamic group by volunteering, please contact Michelle Rush at 928.777.1248 or michelle.rush@prescott-az.gov
