City Launches Online Records Search Portal

Searching the City of Prescott’s public records is now as easy as clicking your computer mouse.

The City of Prescott has partnered with Laserfiche Document Management to bring public records to your fingertips through its public search portal on the City of Prescott website. Citizens may search public records like Agendas, Minutes, Resolutions and Ordinances. While document searches will now be available to the public, should there be records citizens are unable to locate, Public Records Requests may still be submitted through the online portal or by contacting the City Clerk’s Office.

We are excited to offer this new service to our community and empower our citizen base with knowledge through our records.
