Mayor’s Commission on Facility Optimization and Property Usage (FOPU)

The Mayor’s Commission on FOPU was established in 2018 by Mayor Greg Mengarelli. The role and process of the Commission consists of the following: Purpose – to examine the City’s current physical footprint and determine if there are better ways to utilize its land and building holdings (i.e. help determine “highest and best” use) with a focus on centralizing city services for the benefit of the citizens. The Commission meets as needed.
