Amendments to November 10 City Council Study Session & Voting Meeting Agendas

At 12 pm on Monday, November 9th staff amended the November 10 Study Session and Voting Meeting Agendas removing items related to the adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-1734 and Resolution No. 2020-1761 which proposed amendments to the City’s water policy.

This decision was made, in large part, due to the fact that successfully managing in-person attendance for two items with significant public interest including this and the proposed Yavapai Hills Cell Tower while continuing to ensure appropriate COVID-19 social distancing recommendations is extremely problematic. This matter will be reviewed and discussed at a future City Council Meeting.
