Granite Creek Fire Reduction

The Fire Department Community Risk Reduction fuels crew will be working in the area of Granite Creek from November 6 through 9, between approximately 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. The crew will be taking down excess trees, brush and thinning the entire area from the bridge, working their way north, near the APS yard and toward the area behind McDonalds on Miller Valley Road.

Some trail access may be effected by their work, as they will be felling trees, using chain saws and will have other equipment in the area.
